Musa, a private water vendor, (popularly known as Mai Ruwa is based in Kano city, Kano State, Northern Nigeria. He told eWASH he makes about Four hundred and Fifty naira (N450) per trip selling water. Each trip comprises 20 units of 25 litre water gallons packed in a manually pushed truck. According to him, he buys all the 20units for One hundred and Fifty (N150) and sells all for Six hundred naira (N600) only.
