This present report covers the first Water Consumer Enumeration Survey carried out by Africa Infrastructure Foundation in March, 2009 in the designated five (5) sub-service areas of Shomolu/Ikeja Service Area of Lagos Water Corporation water distribution network. This is in consonance with the annual work plan for the 2008/2009 project year for the consulting services for Civil Society Organisation (CSO) partnership in Shomolu/Ikeja service area of Lagos State.
