Customer Survey Synthesis Report for Lagos Island/Victoria Island Distribution Service Area (2009)

This is a report on the first-semester survey of the opinions of water consumers in the Lagos Island/Victoria Island distribution service area of the Lagos State Water Corporation (LSWC) carried out by The Better Society Foundation (TBSF) between March and April 2009. The survey covered water consumers in Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Victoria Island Extension and Lekki who are served by the LSWC. It also covered water consumers in Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki who are not served by the LSWC.
