UNICEF has just released a call for expression of interest, with an aim to select partners to deliver lifesaving Rapid Response Mechanism interventions in WASH and/or Nutrition in the following areas:
- Borno: Dikwa, Konduga, Monguno, Gwoza, Bama, Kala Balde, Ngala, Gubio, Nganzaï, Magumeri, Damboa LGAs
- Adamawa: Fufore, Madagali, Maihai, Mubi LGAs
- Yobe: Damaturu, Potiskum, Karasuwa, Yusufari LGAs
Selection for response will be dependent on partner presence, access capabilities, and capacity for immediate assessment and response. Selected partners will be included in the pool of RRM partners vetted for partnership with UNICEF. Partners from the pool can be invited to submit project documents between the end of 2022 as well as during the course of 2023 based on needs and resource availability.
