Neglected Tropical Diseases Conference holds Sept., 2023 in Tanzania

The 2023 Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) NGO Network (NNN) Annual Conference will take place between Tuesday 19th – Thursday 21st September 2023 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), such as dengue, lymphatic filariasis, onchocerciasis, schistosomiasis, lymphatic filariasis, soil-transmitted helminth infections trachoma, dengue fever, leptospirosis, trypanosomiasis, leishmaniasis, Buruli ulcer, leprosy and snake-bite envenomingis, are called “neglected,” because they generally afflict the world’s poor and historically have not received as much attention as other diseases.
