The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) financed $44m Lagos Urban Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (LUWASH), programme has appointed Engr Soni Elisha as its Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP).

Soni Elisha is one of Nigeria’s leading Water and Sanitation Specialists with extensive experience in utility upstream and downstream operations: in governance, regulations, management, commercialization, water supply service delivery and water supply infrastructure development.
