The Nigerian Stockholm Junior Water Prize Competition is currently accepting submissions for its 2023 event, with the theme “Seeds of Change: Innovative Solutions for a Water-Wise World.”
The competition is open to students in secondary schools and tertiary institutions between the ages of 15 and 20 from the 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (F.C.T.) Abuja.
The deadline for entries is March 31st, 2023. The competition aims to encourage young scientists to continue their interest in water and the environment, with a focus on improving water quality, resource management, protection, and education.
To enter, contestants must submit their project report in MS Word format to the jury panel at [email protected], following the standard scientific reporting format.
The national winner will represent Nigeria at the international final held during World Water Week in Stockholm, Sweden.
